Melissa: Translating complex data research into visuals using brand guidelines.
Melissa is a Brazilian footwear brand founded in 1979, known for its connection to fashion, art and design.
The Challenge
Turn extensive research data into clear, actionable guidelines that teams with different backgrounds and experience levels could easily understand and apply.
My Approach
I translated the research data and findings into a comprehensive PDF guide, turning abstract concepts such as language, tone of voice and communication principles into content that is easy to navigate and present to teams.
The result was a practical tool connecting brand strategy to everyday customer interactions while preserving Melissa’s distinctive personality.
